2016

We launched Cheap Traffic School to provide Wisconsin drivers with a quality Failure to Yield course at a low price.

2012

Our courses were converted to a new interactive format. The new interactive versions allowed for additional learning exercises, videos, animations, and audio narration.

2005

The Distance Learning Company was founded as the parent company of TrafficSchoolOnline.com and a way to expand our online education products. Under the new parent company, we launched our teen drivers education course, OnlineDriversEd.com, and our online notary course, NotaryClassOnline.com.

1997

Steve Soldis launched TrafficSchoolOnline.com which was the first court approved online traffic school and defensive driving course.

1996

Steve Soldis received a speeding ticket which caused him to re-imagine how the traffic school system works. This was the first step in a long process to revolutionize the traffic school industry.
